The prices shown on the product pages include statutory VAT and all other price components.
We ship to Germany, Austria and Switzerland, usually within 3–5 working days. We try to act as sustainably as possible when shipping too: as a rule we use FSC shipping boxes, paper tape and recycled paper – so our shipping is plastic-free as well.
As we're only a small team and pack everything by hand, delivery can take a few days longer during bigger promotions and in peak season, e.g. before Christmas and Easter. But we always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding!

No shipping costs apply to digital content (e-books, software, etc.).
The flat shipping rate includes statutory VAT. As the VAT on the flat shipping rate is calculated based on the goods purchased, it may be lower if goods with lower VAT rates are purchased (e.g. books). This means the flat shipping rate can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it can never be higher – only lower, in the customer's favour.
