It's that easy:

1. Prepare the shell – soak your coconut shell for 2–3 hours and place it on a suitable bowl.
2. Activate the soil – put a coco soil brick inside and pour water over it until it has soaked it all up.
3. Spread the seeds – sprinkle the organic seeds evenly over the soil and press them down gently.
4. Moisture & darkness – mist the seeds with water, put the cover on and let them germinate for 3–4 days.
5. Light & growth – as soon as the seedlings lift the cover, remove it and let your microgreens keep growing.
6. Harvest & enjoy – after 5–7 days, enjoy your fresh microgreens on bread, salads or soups!
